Elements of the Essential Downtown

The Corporate Center at Loudoun Station will include up to 1 million square feet of Class-A office space. The Corporate Center offices will all be located within steps of the future Metro Station. A commuter bus station will be opening onsite in time to greet the first occupants of the Corporate Center at Loudoun Station.

The buildings will be designed in a variety of heights (175 foot height limit) and floor plate sizes. Some will be incorporated into Market Square, providing neighborhood style office spaces for professionals and organizations. The larger office buildings will provide un-rivaled corporate identity opportunities along the Dulles Greenway.
